Mgr. David Satke

I am a lawyer with a long-time experience in commercial law area. My main specialization is law consultancy regarding purchase, sale and financing of enterprises and legal representation in court disputes and in out-of-court negotiations. In my view, a lawyer and his clients are partners working together to find pragmatic and commercially attractive solutions.

I have graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Law at Utrecht University in Netherlands. I speak Czech and English.
